Wouldn't you agree with me on how fruits below are super healthy and nutritious? But how about their peels? I bet you may never ever think of trying these fruit peels. But you would be extremely surprised after reading through their outstanding benefits.

Normally, I can use orange zest in baking cakes or grind it into powder and use it riectly on face as a mask.
