Sweet and sour fruit soup
Sweet and sour fruit soup has mild sourness of pineapple, sweetness of mango and dragon fruit, and crispiness of apple.
It is both beautiful and tasty with the cool scent of lemon juice to stimulate the taste.
- 1 apple.
- 1 mango fruit.
- 1/2 dragon fruit.
- 1/2 pineapple.
- 20 lemons.
- ½ cup (100g) white sugar.
How to make it:
Peel and cut into cubes these fruits: apples, mangos, pineapples, dragon fruits.
Mix lime juice with cool boiling water and sugar into a mixture of sweet and sour lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into the mixed fruit, and we have a beautiful fruit dessert.
Taiwanese style desserts
Taiwanese-style dessert is one of the most popular desserts that you can’t miss. Taiwanese style tea is characterized by the aromatic flavor of sweet potato with fat coconut milk.
- 5oz (150ml), coconut milk.
- 3 tbsp (40g) white sugar.
- 1 tbsp (15ml) condensed milk.
- 1 cup (220g) flour power.
- 1/2 watermelon.
- 2 ripe mangoes.
- half melon.
- 7oz (200g) taro.
-7 oz (200g) of sweet potato.
- 3.5oz (100g) purple sweet potatoes.
How to make it:
Peel sweet potatoes, taro and then put them all into the steamer, then grind them.
The tip is we need to grind them when it is still hot so that later it easily sticks with the flour.
Add the flour, sugar and water and knead until the dough is soft and smooth.
Roll the dough into long pieces and cut into medium pieces.
Then, boil the potato until the color changes in and float to the surface of the water to pick up the bowl of filtered water.
Add sugar, filtered water, condensed milk, coconut milk and stir well.
Cut watermelon, melon, mango into dices, and then present the bowl with the chewy balls and ground ice.
Finally, sprinkle coconut milk mixture again on top and we have completed the tea fruit and then Taiwan.

Fruit pudding dessert
With the perfect combo of fatty avocado and chewy fruit jelly, this dessert is a great choice for the whole family.
- 7 oz(200g) butter.
- 2/3 cup (150g) coconut milk.
- 3 oz (100ml) of fresh milk.
- 3 oz (90g) condensed milk.
- 1/4 tsp, lemon peel.
- 4 sheets of gelatin.
- 5 tbsp white sugar.
- 1/2 tsp jello powder.
How to make it:
Avocado Pudding: Cut the avocado, cut the meat and put it into the blender to make the puree.
Soak gelatin with water, then remove.
Boil fresh milk, coconut milk, condensed milk on the kitchen, then add gelatin to stir.
Take it down from the heat. Add the avocado into the mixture, slice lemon peel for better fragrance. Mix well and put it into the mold and let it cool down.
Fruit Crystal Jelly: Mix well the jello powder and sugar altogether and boil the water. Stir in the mixture of jello gradually into the boiling water. Let it cool.
Chop your favorite fruits and put them into the mold. Pour the jelly into the mold, then cover the mold again to freeze.
Coconut Milk Mixture: Boil coconut milk and condensed milk on the stove with low heat until boiling. Let it to cool down.
Take avocado pudding out of the mold, add the fruit jelly. Put coconut milk on top and put more ice if you want.
